1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Lungoor, a suite of AI-powered productivity products developed and operated by Surfboard India Pvt Ltd, including Lungoor Voice, Lungoor Notes, and future Lungoor services.
By accessing or using Lungoor, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the services.
These Terms apply to all users of Lungoor, including individuals, professionals, teams, and businesses using our website, desktop applications, and related services.
2. Eligibility
Lungoor is intended only for users who are 18 years of age or older.
By creating an account, you represent and warrant that:
- You are at least 18 years old.
- You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
- The information you provide is accurate and complete.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that do not satisfy these requirements.
3. Description of Services
Lungoor provides AI-powered productivity tools that help users transform voice and text into structured, useful content.
Depending on the product you use, features may include:
- Speech recognition
- Voice dictation
- AI-assisted writing
- Grammar and formatting improvements
- Meeting transcription
- Meeting summaries
- Action item extraction
- Translation
- Content rewriting
- Cloud synchronization
- Productivity workflows
We continuously improve Lungoor, and features may change, evolve, or be discontinued over time.
4. Account Responsibilities
To access certain features, you must create an account.
You agree that:
- The information you provide is accurate and current.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You are responsible for all activities conducted through your account.
- You will promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or compromise the security of the platform.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Lungoor only in compliance with applicable laws.
You must not:
- Use the services for illegal or fraudulent purposes.
- Upload unlawful, abusive, or malicious content.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts.
- Reverse engineer, copy, or exploit the platform except where permitted by law.
- Interfere with the operation, reliability, or security of Lungoor.
- Use automated systems to abuse or overload the platform.
- Circumvent usage limits, billing mechanisms, or security controls.
Violation of these Terms may result in suspension or permanent termination of your account.
6. Credits, Billing & Payments
Certain Lungoor features require prepaid credits.
By purchasing credits, you agree that:
- Credits are consumed when you use paid features.
- Credit usage varies depending on the feature or processing mode used.
- Unless otherwise stated, purchased credits do not expire.
- You are responsible for any applicable taxes.
Payments are securely processed by third-party payment providers.
Lungoor does not collect, store, or process your complete payment card information, UPI credentials, or other sensitive payment information.
Payment credentials are handled directly by certified payment processors in accordance with their own security and privacy practices.
7. Refund Policy
Refund requests may be approved in circumstances including:
- Duplicate payments
- Billing errors
- Technical issues preventing access to purchased services
- Accidental purchases reported within a reasonable period
Refund requests are reviewed individually.

8. AI Disclaimer
Lungoor uses artificial intelligence to assist with transcription, formatting, writing, summarization, translation, and other productivity features.
AI-generated output may occasionally contain inaccuracies, omissions, or formatting errors.
Users should carefully review AI-generated content before relying upon it.
Lungoor should not be relied upon as the sole basis for:
- Legal advice
- Medical decisions
- Financial decisions
- Regulatory compliance
- Safety-critical activities
You remain responsible for reviewing and verifying all generated content before using or sharing it.
9. Service Availability
We strive to provide reliable and uninterrupted services.
However, Lungoor may occasionally experience interruptions due to:
- Scheduled maintenance
- Infrastructure upgrades
- Internet connectivity issues
- Third-party service disruptions
- Force majeure events
Although we target high service availability, uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed.
10. Intellectual Property
All software, technology, designs, branding, documentation, interfaces, logos, graphics, and content associated with Lungoor are owned by or licensed to Surfboard India Pvt Ltd.
Except as expressly permitted under these Terms, you may not:
- Copy
- Modify
- Redistribute
- Sell
- Reverse engineer
- Create derivative works
without prior written permission.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of our intellectual property to you.
11. User Content
You retain ownership of the content you submit to Lungoor.
By using the services, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the requested features.
We do not claim ownership of your content.
Except where required by law or with your explicit consent, we do not use your content to train external AI models.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Surfboard India Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for:
- Indirect damages
- Consequential damages
- Lost profits
- Business interruption
- Loss of goodwill
- Loss of data
- Errors in AI-generated outputs
- Decisions made based on AI-generated content
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
13. Suspension & Termination
You may stop using Lungoor at any time.
You may request deletion of your account in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may suspend or terminate your access if:
- You violate these Terms.
- You misuse the platform.
- Your activities pose a security risk.
- We are required to do so by law.
Upon termination:
- Your right to access Lungoor ends immediately.
- Outstanding payment obligations remain.
- Sections relating to intellectual property, liability, governing law, and dispute resolution survive termination.
14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to Lungoor shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Thane, Maharashtra, India.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
For material changes, we will notify registered users before the updated Terms become effective.
Continued use of Lungoor after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Where required by applicable law, we may request your renewed consent.
